What is the best online mortgage brokerage firm or Correspondent Lender to join a new business career?
I intend to begin a career as a loan officer and you want to do business primarily on the Internet, home, and monitor online training and / or telephone. I think to join Apex or mortgage or prime minister. Trancontinental Lending Group is also option. Anyone have comments on these companies? I'm really leaning towards the top loan because I like business structure, but it is a single payment of $ 200 for the purchase of software that lets you manage the business on the internet and the home. The software has the appl 1003, credit score displayed / info matches programs for customer information, manage your accounts, funds can atleast do business in 20 states so is having to pay these costs as a standard when you start, if so, are there companies that have lower costs of operation? I took a mortgage broker 24-hour course in Florida recently, but have not passed the licensing exam for the moment. I need a mentor for the first trafficking and some want to start soon.
I also work for AAPEX MTG which is based in Florida. Working at home is cool, but it is preferable if you can go into an office and do work there. If you're at home you might bs more than if you were in an office, so there you further work. It's just a suggestion. You should look around before making a decision.
